Hi, my name is Natalie Hight and I am excited to tell you about my weight loss journey using hypnosis.  I lost 24 pounds in the first month.  Over the period of a year I have lost 72 pounds.  I went from a bulky size 16 to a size 4 and it feels amazing!

My Choice
I was unhappy with being overweight. Just take a look at my before picture and you can get a good idea of how uncomfortable I was.  Even my big clothes were too tight.  I felt frustrated and trapped in my own body.  Maybe you feel the same way! If you are overweight my hope is to sincerely inspire you to get the help you need.  Look at me now.  It is truly possible.  I thought it was hopeless, but its not!

Finally, the frustration ended
Hypnosis put a stop to my struggle with weight. I tried doing it on my own and never succeeded. A coworker of mine told me about Raleigh Hypnosis and I figured I would give it a try. I made an appointment for a free screening thinking I didn’t have much to lose except for the weight that was making me miserable.  I knew Raleigh Hypnosis was the perfect place for me as soon as I arrived.  I was able to read client testimonials, stories similar to mine and their success with the program.  I had fun and learned a lot.  I was taught that all hypnosis is, is self hypnosis.  I understood how this would work for me and immediately the motivation set in!

Better Life the First Week
I saw results right away.  First I was more calm and in control of my eating habits.  I became more cautious of what I was putting into my body.  I quit feeling sorry for myself and began to see the bigger picture, a picture of my living a slimmer life.  You could say the program simply adjusted my attitude and motivation.  I always knew what to do but needed help to consistently make the choices.  This program gave me just that kind of help, along with much more!
